Delivery

We use Direct Freight Express to deliver our products to your place.

The approximate time on road to following cities are:  

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: next business day
Adelaide: 2 business days
Perth: 4~5 business days

Other area are to be confirm by our sales stuff.

The freight costs need to be quoted by Metro Display. The costs are caculated by the dispatch control systems of Direct Freight Express

Cheaper freight costs apply to combined delivery (multi-purchase)

*We recommend you purchase insurance as we accept NO liability for goods damaged while in transit. Compensation (maximum the price of item) will be given if item is insured.

Payment Procedure

1. Make an inquir either via email or telephone

2. Download or request a purchase order Form

3. Fax / Email your purchase order form

4. Our stuff reply with issued tax invoice with the total amount

5. Pay according to your invoice

6. We dispatch your orders after payment received

Payment Option

1. Credit cards payment *There is no surcharge over total amount for Visa and Master cards payments, and 3.3% for Amex, 3.5% for Dinner's Club.

2. Direct or Electronic Deposit into our bank account (Our bank account deails appears on formal tax invoice)

3. Make Company checks / Money orders payable to Metro Display and post to our office
